The program director presented the overall calendar activities together with the teaching-learning systems and facilities ensured to the students of science at GSS where education in science is defined to preparing future doctors, engineers, pilots and scientists.

GSS imparts education on collaborative framework as key approach to encourage the student circles to construct knowledge in collaboration with a number of external resources such as expert communities, educational stakeholders, technology agencies together with parent communities and students own parents and guardians. There are a number of get together events that GSS organizes to incorporate inputs from the educational stakeholders of many kinds and external resources such as parents' level. Among many a types of activities of collaboration, annual parents meeting is major event at GGS that is held in the mid of the academic session when the new intakes of students are through their mid-term exams having finished more than 40 % of the course studies. 

The parents meeting of 2078 was held at a party palace with arrangement of morning breakfast and was attended by more than 500 parents in presence of the college CEO Dr. Kganedra P Oha, Principal Mr. Amba Datt Joshi, Academic Director Mr. Gakul Badu, Board Members Mr. Nava Raj Bhandari, Mr. Dharma R Ojha, all the subject faculty members, and staff of the college. The program was inaugurated by guardian representative for that one of the senior most parents was selected. Part of the program included introduction of the individual faculty members in bio and physical groups of science stream.

Apart from policy and activities presented by the GSS authorities, the CEO and principal addressed the parents also extending acknowledgement for their tremendous support. Representing the parents says, a few parents did their part to deliver speech seeking the GSS program managers to ensure quality learning environment in future exactly as per the standards maintained till date.  Individual parents queries were taken and answered by the principal at last who closed the meeting with thanks to all foe their constructive support and cooperation.
