To reinvent the education system and give students a break from traditional classroom learning, there is a dire need to revive the quiz culture in schools and colleges. 

At GSS students learn science and their areas of study by means of a variety of recreating and knowledge building techniques together with a number of CCAs and ECAs, outreach programs and high-tech supported lab-based experiments.

On our approach to science studies within learning by doing design, quiz is given a prime space as informal as well as formal event that the faculty and experts of GSS organize involving the students in team to take part in the competition. The annual quiz programs are inter-sectional and inter-class level competitions that were held at some regularity in 2078. Quiz competition organized in the year 2078 was planned with an inclusion of a stock of questions that were selected from different areas relating to science such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English, Social issues, Medical Science, and more with an intent to helping the students have an opportunity to revisit the facts that relate to different areas and disciplines and more general areas of life Science. Hundreds of students were availed opportunity to take part in the quiz facilitated by the expert moderators in presence of expert faculty who were involved to perform a role of jury.  The position holders were felicitated with trophies, medals, cash prizes whereas all the student participants were consoled with certificate of participation.
