The overall performance of individual students in the individual subjects is reflected and notified to the parents of on the day of result.
Result distribution is a special occasion at GSS for the college management, faculty, students and parents to witness progress made by the individual student. All internal exams results are distributed in presence of parents at GSS. The unit test and cycle test result is handed over to the concerned student by the respective faculty in their respective subject whereas the 1st term, 2nd term, pre-board results are shared and distributed to the parents directly.
It is these occasions that GSS uses to collect and disseminate information regarding the students study, personal and inter personal behavior. The overall performance of individual students in the individual subjects is reflected and notified to the parents of on the day of result. Based on the internal exams performance and also feedback from the parents regarding student's behavior in study and other habits, GSS formulates new strategies that shall be instrumental to improvising the academic, teaching-learning and overall program operation resources, systems and their processes for students to better perform that result in better learning outcomes.
