Pre-medical/Pre-engineering Preparation Classes
At the conclusion of the first month, a Qualifying Test will be administered to evaluate students' readiness for advanced study. Those who perform well may opt for Pre-medical or Pre-engineering Preparation Classes, designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to secure scholarships and excel in competitive fields such as medicine, engineering, agriculture, forestry, pharmacy, and IT. Importantly, these career-oriented classes are offered at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Pre-medical/Pre-engineering Preparation Classes:
- Two lists will be created based on performance from four Weekly/Cycle Tests in the first month.
- Only students who pass the initial tests are eligible to sit for the Pre-engineering/Pre-medical entrance preparation qualifying test.
- Qualified students may attend the Pre-engineering/Pre-medical entrance preparation classes.
Additional Support Classes
To support every student in achieving their academic potential, we offer Additional Support Classes for those who may struggle with course material. Our aim is to help all students successfully navigate their exams and attain a 100% pass rate.
- Students who do not pass the Weekly/Cycle Tests will be invited to additional support classes in the morning.
- These sessions will provide guidance, supervision, and practice opportunities, ensuring that students are adequately prepared for retesting.
- A Progress Report will be shared with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child's development.
Student Study Helpline
The Student Study Helpline is an initiative driven by a committee comprising academicians, Heads of Departments, faculty members, subject experts, and counselors, dedicated to addressing students' academic challenges and behavioral issues. When teachers identify persistent difficulties in a student's performance, they collaborate with the committee to find solutions.
- The committee engages students in discussions about their learning challenges, encouraging open communication.
- Information is exchanged with parents/guardians to gain a comprehensive understanding of each student's situation.
- The committee reviews findings and formulates actionable strategies to support students, ensuring they align with their peers academically.
- Any recommendations from the committee are implemented promptly to foster student success.
